New State-of-the-Art Learning Facility Opens at Our Lady of the Rosary Shelly Beach

Our Lady of the Rosary Shelly Beach officially opened its cutting-edge learning facility on Thursday, September 25th, 2025, marking a transformative milestone in Catholic education on the Central Coast. The Most Rev. Anthony Randazzo, Bishop of Broken Bay, blessed and opened the innovative new spaces in a celebration of educational excellence.

The impressive $10.4 million development features:

  • 15 brand-new contemporary classrooms equipped with advanced technology
  • Refurbished modern library designed for collaborative learning
  • Purpose-built learning environments that foster creativity and academic achievement

This state-of-the-art facility represents Catholic Schools Broken Bay Diocese’s commitment to providing students with world-class educational opportunities. The project was made possible through funding from the NSW Government Building Grant Assistance Scheme and Catholic Schools Broken Bay
